Process of taking Ayurcoro-3 kit :

STEP – 1 : (Gargle Before Lunch) Add 10 ml of BOS INDICUS DERIVATIVE liquid and powder from one sachet of HARIDRA CHURNA to a glass of tolerable hot water. Shake well and gargle it till the entire mixture is finished.

STEP – 2 : Dose – 1 (1 hour After Lunch) Take powder from one sachet of SUDHARAS POWDER and allow it to dissolve in mouth and mix with saliva then swallow it. Then take half a glass of warm water added 10 ml of BOS INDICUS DERIVATIVE liquid and drink it.

STEP – 3 : Dose – 2 (2 hour after 1st dose) Take powder from second sachet of SUDHARAS POWDER and allow it to dissolve in mouth and mix with saliva then swallow it. Then take half glass of warm water added with 10 ml of BOS INDICUS DERIVATIVE liquid and drink it.

STEP – 4 : Dose – 3 (2 hours after 2nd dose) Take powder from the third sachet of SUDHARAS POWDER and allow it to dissolve in mouth and mix with saliva then swallow it. Then take half a glass of warm water added 10 ml of BOS INDICUS DERIVATIVE liquid and drink it.

STEP – 5 : Dose – 4 (1 hour after 3th dose) Drink a glass of warm milk mixed with 10 ml cow ghee.

STEP – 6 (Gargle Before sleep) Add 10 ml of BOS INDICUS DERIVATIVE liquid and powder from the second sachet of HARIDRA CHURNA to a glass of tolerable hot water. Mix well and gargle it till the entire mixture is finished.
