Plus, the attached spoolie diffuses color and combs hairs into place for a naturally polished look. Waterproof and sweat resistant.
- Use the flat side of the pencil to fill in the head of the brow, and then with the pointed tip use short strokes to define the arch and tail.
- For a bolder look, use the pointed tip to define the length of the brow, and then go over the edges for added definition.
- Comb hair into place using the attached spoolie.
