How To Use:

• Dip the tip of our #252 brush into the eyeliner, being sure to coat both sides of the brush.
• Wipe off any excess with a tissue.
• Working quickly, apply the liner in short, even strokes, working close to the lashline and moving from the inner to the outer corner of the eye.
