Roopak Rogan Josh Masala Powder 100 Gm

Ingredients:

Red Chlllles, Coriander, Onion, Iodised Salt, Garlic powder, Fenugreek, Black pepper, Cumin, Turmeric, Cardamom seeds, Cloves, Cinnamon, Ginger

Directions:

• Take 200 gm medium size Lamb pieces. Heat 1/2 cup Ghee oil in a pan and add 1 tsp Roopak Biryani Masala 8 cook for Half minute on low flame.

• Add 1/2 cup grated onion 8. saute till golden brown.

• Sprinkle little water &repeat cooking of meat for 10-12 minutes make sure to stir consistently scrap all the sediments bottom of pan.

• Add 1/2 cup tomato pure cooks till the oil separates.

• Add rogan josh masala 2tsp 1/4 cup Beaten yogurt& 1 cup water cook covered till the meat is tender stir occasionally remove cover& increase the heat & cook until ghee separates add 50ml fresh thick cream & stir fry for few minutes on medium heat serve with naan rice or roti.
