Suhana Paneer Tikka Masala Mix

Suhana Paneer Tikka Masala Mix is a ready-to-use blend of spices designed for making North Indian-style paneer dishes at home. The mix combines aromatic ingredients such as fenugreek, cinnamon, and cashew nuts, along with a variety of traditional spices. This mix provides a convenient solution for preparing flavorful paneer and vegetable dishes.

Ingredients Required

• 1 cup / 225g paneer, cut into 1” cubes

• 2 medium / 150g tomatoes, puréed

• 50g Suhana Paneer Tikka Masala Mix

• ½ cup / 100ml milk

• 2 tbsp oil

• 1 cup / 200ml water

How to Cook

1. Mix the Suhana Paneer Tikka Masala Mix with milk to form a paste.

2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté tomato purée until the oil separates.

3. Add the spice paste and cook for 2–3 minutes.

4. Add paneer and water, simmer until the gravy reaches the desired consistency.

5. Serve hot.
